Orange Cup English

2024
Because the Pieter van den Hoogenband Zwemstadion is in a renovation at the end of this year, the OrangeCup 2024 will be in the Zwemcentrum Rotterdam, Annie M.G. Schmidtplein 8, 3083 NZ Rotterdam, 7 and 8 December.

This ILS sanctioned competition is also the National Championship of The Netherlands for the categories, Junior, Senior and Master.

The 5 individual and 5 team events will be divided over two days, to create an optimal spectacular event.

F/M – 100 m Rescue Medley
F/M – Line Throw
F/M 100 m Manikin Tow with Fins
F – 200 m Super Lifesaver
Sunday
M – 200 m Super Lifesaver
F/M – 4 x 50 m Rescue Medley Relay
F/M – 50 m Manikin Carry
F/M – 4 x 25 m Manikin Relay
F/M – 100 m Manikin Carry with Fins
Mixed 4 x 50 m Pool Lifesaver Relay (depending on the final time schedule)
