Uitnodiging Orange Cup / Invitation Orange Cup

Een nieuwe naam, dezelfde wedstrijd.

Op 14 en 15 november wordt in het Pieter van den Hoogenband Zwemstadion te Eindhoven de Orange Cup gezwommen.

Een internationale wedstrijd waar dit jaar, een jaar voor het Wereld Kampioenschap in hetzelfde zwembad, veel nationale en internationale zwemmers en zwemsters zullem starten.

Naast de Orange Cup is het voor de Nederlandse sporters ook het Nationaal Kampioenschap. De beste van deze wedstrijd zullen geselecteerd kunnen worden voor de Nationale Ploeg, die ons land volgend jaar in eigen land gaat vertegenwoordigen op het WK.

On 14 and 15 November in the Pieter van den Hoogenband Swimming Stadium in Eindhoven, the Orange Cup Lifesaving will take place.

An international competition where this year , a year before the World Championships in the same swimming pool , many National and International swimmers may start. For them it’s an ideal training/competition to build up experience with this venue.

Besides the Orange Cup is important for the Dutch athletes they will compete for their National Championships, but also to be selected for the National team which will take part in the World Championship next year.

The Orange Cup will become a big International event, with the best countries of the world who will participate in this event.
